Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Arrive at Jeddah International Airport, Transfer from Jeddah airport to Makkah Hotel, Check-in the hotel, and SAME DAY PERFORM YOUR UMRAH.

Day 02 Makkah

Day 05 Makkah & Taif Ziyarah

Makkah Ziyarah 

–Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) – the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,
–Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) – where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish,
–Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
–Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) – where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
–Jamarat – This is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),
–Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) – the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
–Muzdalifa – it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
–Jannatul Mualla – where many of the Prophet (PBUH)’s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and first wife (Khadijah),
–Masjid Jinn – where a group of jinn is said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH).

Taif Ziyarah

–The grave of Abdullah Ibn Abbas and the mosque by his name – the cousins of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He is considered to be the greatest mufassir of the Qur’an,
–The place of Grape orchards – where our beloved prophet (PBUH) is said to have grapes while in Taif.
–The miqat Qarn al-Manazil – You get changed into the Ihram garments there and make your Niyyah for Umrah.

–Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) – Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies of suffering fewer casualties.

GENERAL:

• Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.

• Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
• Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).
• All services depend subject to availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
• The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal / USD conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
• If breakfast is not included in the package, in that case, if the hotel is mandatory to have breakfast while booking those hotels or while booking any other similar hotels with breakfast then the breakfast charge will be added to the package price.
• Any changes can occur without prior notice.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• There are no differences between Standard, Superior, and Premium packages except only hotels.

• We have given a 5% discount on all our published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries (Maximum for 6 months).

VEHICLE STATUS:

• All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. Mentioned that, a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed for per person. However, for private transportations or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
• Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportations 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
• All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
• obokash.com is not responsible if the vehicle delays due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

HOTEL POLICIES:

• As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
• obokash.com is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
• Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the obokash salesperson before booking the package.
• In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn’t work. Only you can use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception. Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower. A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind. Usually drinking water is not provided in the room, you have to buy your own drinking water.

PASSPORT POLICIES: 

• During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone, then it’s the guest’s responsibility to inform obokash.com on the same day.

MOYALLEM ACTIVITIES:

• Moyallem will be available at the time of performing. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE:

• For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.  
• For any kind of natural issue like flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then obokash.com will not be responsible for that.
  
  

ZIYARAH TIMING:

• Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আপনাদের কথায় কাজে ঠিক থাকে কিনা ?
উত্তরঃ আমরা এ পর্যন্ত প্রায় ৯৫% পজেটিভ ফিডব্যাক পেয়েছি, সার্ভিস নেয়ার পর আমরা প্রায় প্রতিটি কাস্টমারের অডিও এবং ভিডিও ফিডব্যাক নিয়ে থাকি, আপনি চাইলে শুনতে / দেখতে পারেন।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আমি কি চাইলে যে কোন সময় উমরাহ্‌ পালন করতে এবং নবিজির রওজা জিয়ারত করতে পারবো ?
উত্তরঃ জি, এখন একাধিকবার উমরাহ্‌ পালন করা যায় এবং নবিজির রওজা জিয়ারত করা যায়।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ মাসজিদুল হারামে এবং মাসজিদুল নববীতে পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামাজ জামাতে আদায় করার ক্ষেত্রে কি কোন বিধিনিষেধ আছে ?
উত্তরঃ জি, এখন মাসজিদুল হারামে এবং মাসজিদুল নববীতে সব নামাজ জামাতে আদায় করা যাচ্ছে।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ করতে যেতে চাইলে কি ভেক্সিন নেয়া বাধ্যতামূলক ?
উত্তরঃ জি, এখন পর্যন্ত বাধ্যতামূলক। সৌদি আরব কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত ভেক্সিনগুলো হল – ফাইজার-বায়োএনটেক, মডার্না, জনসন অ্যান্ড জনসন এবং  অক্সফোর্ড-অ্যাস্ট্রাজেনেকা। আর কারো যদি সিনোভ্যাক অথবা সিনোফার্ম-এর কোনটি নেয়া থাকে তবে তাঁকে সৌদি আরবের অনুমোদিত ভেক্সিনগুলোর যে কোন একটির বুস্টার ডোজ নিতে হবে । উল্লেখ্য যে, ফুল ডোজ ভেক্সিন দেয়ার ১৪ দিন পর ট্রাভেল করতে হবে।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ প্যাকেজ কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর যদি কোন কারণে আমি প্যাকেজ ক্যান্সিল করতে চাই অথবা ট্রাভেল সময়ের ৭২ ঘন্টা আগে যে “পিসিআর” টেস্ট করতে হয় সেটিতে যদি আমার কভিড পজেটিভ আসে তবে আমি কি প্যাকেজের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরৎ পাব ?
উত্তরঃ এখন পর্যন্ত সৌদি আরব কর্তৃক প্যাকেজ ক্যান্সিলেশন পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্যাকেজ কনফার্ম বা বুকিং করা হয়ে গেলে ইহা ক্যান্সিল করা যাবে না বা অন্য কারো নামে ট্রান্সফার করা যাবে না, অর্থাৎ সম্পূর্ণ টাকা অফেরৎযোগ্য। তবে এয়ার টিকেটটি নতুন তারিখে রি-ইস্যু করা যেতে পারে বা রিফান্ডও করা যেতে পারে – যা এয়ারলাইন্স এর পলিসির উপর নির্ভরশীল (চার্জ প্রযোজ্য) ।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ পালন করতে যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কি সর্বনিম্ন বা সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমার কোন বাদ্ধবাধকতা আছে ?
উত্তরঃ সৌদি আরবের নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী এখন যে কোন বয়সের যে কেউ ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ ভিসা করতে কি কি লাগে  ?
উত্তরঃ পাসপোর্ট (কমপক্ষে ৬ মাস মেয়াদ থাকতে হবে), ২ কপি ছবি এবং ভেক্সিনেসন সার্টিফিকেট, নীল  কালারের পাসপোর্ট হলে ট্রাভেল করার সময় অবশ্যই জিও (GO) সাথে থাকতে হবে এবং সবুজ পাসপোর্ট হলে কিছু লাগবেনা।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ পালন করতে গেলে কি কোয়ারেন্টাইন বা আইসোলেসন প্রয়োজন হয় ?
উত্তরঃ এখন পর্যন্ত লাগছে না।

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আপনাদের উল্লেখিত প্যাকেজগুলোতে কোন হিডেন চার্জ আছে কি ?

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আমার বয়স ৪০ এর নিচে, শুনেছি ৪০ বছরের নিচে পুরষরা উমরাহ্‌ করতে পারেনা ?
